Greetings Everyone,
Guild Launch offices will be officially closed on Dec. 24th, 25th and 26th. We will also be closed on January 1st and 2nd. We will have our normal email support available on all other regular business days. Our server support is 24/7/365 so all servers will continue to be monitored and we will receive notification of any issues of this type.
I (Stephen) will be on Vacation starting the afternoon of the 23rd through the 5th of January. I will be checking the forums and suppport tickets once a day or so.
We hope that you all enjoy the holidays and have a wonderful time with your family or whoever it is that you share this time of year with. And we look forward to us all having a fruitful 2009!

Greetings Everyone,
We are researching an issue with WeGame embeds. We use the WeGame embeds to embed instructional videos as well as provide it as an option to all of you. We've determined that WeGame embeds are not working both on Guild Launch and in test files we create on our desktops so this appears to be some kind of issue with WeGame. We have a post in their forum and have sent an email to their support to look into the issue.

We found an error with the Fixed DKP (Earned - Spent = DKP) export and have resolved the issue. The issue was the the site was exporting the Earned and Spent as seperate pools instead of the current DKP as the pool value.
This is now resolved.
